@Letharion I don't know why it was frozen after 16 hours I reopened it. Before, it would not happen so fast.

@Letharion I guess it was because there was no human post since I reopened it. We need this chat room, especially for those users who don't understand how to ask a question, or needs some guidelines about their problems.
