It's a nice one.

But you may need to add more info, just as @Martin requested in comments.

The question gives me the feeling that you didn't wanna provide more info cuz you thought it might be noise.

But most of that info will be necessary for the answerer to give an accurate answer.

There were a lot of features in Avogadro v1. :-)
