I'm writing up an answer at the moment. Admittedly your question is a bit naive but most of the questions on our site wouldn't exist if common sense was really that common.

We have a rejection tag with 20-odd questions which for the most part seems to cover the typical scenario of a hiring manager rejecting a candidate for a job. But should this tag also include questions from the other side, i.e. a job candidate replying to the hiring manager to reject a job offer?
