Not necessarily, considering the amount of traffic this site gets. That's 150 out of 13,792. Around 1%.
And does "posts" in this context include answers? I don't initially see that as a bad thing, although that's usually not a great answer IMO. I only see 20 questions.

Hey guys
my boss and I are looking to hire an intern. We want to ask him to create dashboard with tableau or qlik
not sure yet
we want to evaluate
if the intern has the capacities to do it on an autonomous manner
we will provide guidance
but he will need to be able to progress by himself

Kaz
@AndyK I'm not seeing a question here

hey @kaz
i'm more rubber ducking
As I said, I'm trying to hire an intern to alleviate my boss and my workload
I'm trying to find the right questions to ask
but it is a tricky one
I've managed my own share of people but I did not do a lot of recruiting

Kaz
@AndyK If you need this person to be productive, you're not hiring an "Intern", you're hiring a Junior Developer and/or a contractor, depending on your timeframe.

we want to hire an intern but that intern maybe a gateway to something longer
a longer contract mean
it is for sure that we cannot expect someone to be fully productive *
when you are hiring an intern
but at least, he can do some basic things
our expectation will be low
I don't want to be a tyrant for that kid
just helping us to do some basic stuff
and see how it goes

IMO, if you need some specific thing building/doing, with some specific technical skills, then think of this a hiring a junior dveloper with certain skills requirements and interview accordingly. If not, then I'm a big fan of Joel's criteria for hiring people:
"Smart and gets things done"

@Kaz I'm not fan of Joel Spolsky's rule
it can mean anything and nothing
We need someone who can solve some basic problems
maybe a junior will be more fitted
but right now, I'll have to interview that kid

@Kaz thanks for the rubber-ducking, it helped me with some insights
