@JaneS most likely, anti-spam system isn't yet trained to block this sort of it. Our spam flags are feeding it and will eventually teach it. Anyway, I pinged Programmers folks at Whiteboard to lend us their flags...

I hope I'm not breaking some unwritten rule by asking this, but I didn't find any info about this on Meta. So here goes: Why was this user suspended ? workplace.stackexchange.com/users/16993/vietnhi-phuvan . I ask because it seems a bit excessive to have a 1 year suspension
