Is the TCS off-topic close reason (not research grade) pointing the questions here? If yes, then it is something that I propose to change. I found this question at TCS, the readon and the comment are pointing here, but in such cases it shouldn't in my opinion.

@Evil Yes: “Your question might be suitable for Computer Science which has a broader scope.”
Why do you want to change it?
Some questions are just bad, like this one, but it is in scope here, even if it isn't suitable
The close reason states “might be in scope”. If people don't read might and just repost, well, you can't do anything about people who don't read. You can only educate the people who do read.

@Gilles the same way that some questions are apointed "might be on-topic at SO" and some are closed without this indicator. So my proposal would be to have the symmetric closure to ours - one pointing here, one not.
Yes, we cannot do anything about selective reading or at least skimming throuh the help center, so still it gives some manhours saving when obviously bad questions do not point here.

@Evil cstheory also has a close reason that doesn't point to us

@Gilles ok, didn't knew that.

Take any open question on the site and click “flag” then “should be closed”, you'll see the list of close reasons
there's always a “none of the above” option under off-topic
“blatantly off-topic” if you don't have the close privilege, close with custom comment if you do
the pre-worded reasons under off-topic are for common cases
non-research-level question on cstheory is a common case, like programming question on cs is a common case

I do not see the "blantly off-topic", (no reputation whatsoever). But it is irrelevant. Ok so nothing can be done in that case.

@Evil Sure, if you can bear with a slow and tedious process. ;)
@RickDecker That's fair, and I personally agree. However, that does not immediately imply that we should close the question.

@vzn h sz tht y cn't hdnl th trth

So you speak vzn-ish O_O?

@Evil I think vzn-ish is different: you have to remove a random set of letters, not vowels specifically. Also vznish requires eschewing uppercase letters. Overall it's still fairly easy to speak vzn-ish, but hard to read it.

Jokes aside, "TRTH HRTZ" was tatooed at the fingers of the main character of "Lie to me" series at the poster. I think that a good modern applied / working psychology with a fantastic supervisor is far better than Freud, Jung and romance mixture - another story went wrong...
@Gilles ah, yes, the capital letters, misspelled names...
And the first letter instead of the name.
@vzn this old chat was a starter to conversation?

@Evil we were chatting about freud recently. its a great movie. keira knightly was also in "imitation game" a must see for computer scientists. seen either? as for "story went wrong" (?) ... its largely history itself...

@vzn yes, I have seen both, two common factors: Keira Knightley and the history was almost true.
