hello. I am directed here by AJ. I would like to know how to request feeds for the general chat room for the new site Startups. My flag for it was declined, and thus, AJ has directed me here. Kindly help.

early on in a beta, it might also be a bit overwhelming to setup feeds. There is a lot of initial activity in the first few days

my experience is that it can tend to drown out the chat room and harm early chat use

I'm not personally in that beta, so I don't know what the activity levels are like

they are just normal. like you would expect from any normal site.

but you could probably talk to Mr. Alien or Noctrine about it since they appear they may be involved in the beta and are also involved in the chat, so they might have a better idea when it would be ideal to turn on feeds

yeah, but the early time of a private beta generally has a lot of basic question creation by experienced users who are doing initial population

noctrine is not active. mr.alien is busy with hinduism.

alright, I went ahead and added the feeds, another mod can always remove them if they do become overwhelming
