Hello, I was told to make an installation app for Linux. This app let's the user select and install any of the X, Y, Z services. I never even wrote a program for Linux before. Where do I start?

What language do I even code in to create such an app? What should I look into?

@krikara Command line or gui? Depending on what you are trying to do, but Python is a reasonable default option.

@krikara in that case I'd go with pyQt

I'm partial to pyQt5, but I'm not sure how many distros would have that installed by default.
