@MatthewRead Yes I cleared data for Play Store and Google Services Framework. Google Play Services is not installed.

@MatthewRead Now I'm getting "Authentication is required.. You need to sign in to your Google Account." For both account.

Clearing data doesn't work for me. The only option is to factory reset I think (which is unexpected you know...!)
