Hi @MassimoOrtolano :) yes, I totally understand that people would feel that way - handling it with common sense rather than being so bureaucratic about it. But I think these situations can be so delicate - sometimes bordering on legality issues - and coupling it with people possibly acting on emotion / personal agenda, we'd basically have a situation that university employees cannot handle safely on their own.
