Thanks for your response @EnergyNumbers As I do not visit academia.SE so often and I am not that familiar with tagging system here, I have posted this suggestion in chat - with the hope that some more experienced user would know better whether creating the tag would be a good way to go.

I am also not sure, what a reasonable tag-wiki (and tag-excerpt) for this tag should crated.
