@SeanDuggan - Was just going to talk about your leg stomp, but you already answered the comment. I was thinking it was an odd stress on the knee or calf causing it. I have feet that point out rather than straight ahead, and when I stomp with a straight foot I occasionally get that kind of pain as well.
