@GaneshSittampalam - don't let the phone numbers fool you, it's just good marketing. In my state, I see "your local plumber" in the phone book, listed with a phone number having a prefix for my town, i.e. the 3 digits after the area code, yet, they are 20 miles away, 5 towns over. My last job had local phone numbers set up, but they rang to customer service based in Mexico.
