I got asked if I wanted to apply for a £13,000 a year job as a trainee IT assistant yesterday... I had a good giggle and replied, erm no.

I've actually had a reply, they both turned me down and asked me for an interview...

basically I'm not experienced for the management role I applied for but they've offered me a senior dev role interview

I get a lot of are you interested in X role via my LinkedIn, but in reality, I'm happy where I am. I've been here over a year now, had one pay rise, and am getting free training. So all good :)
