Q: So many bad questions

SejanusAt the time I am writing this, 7 out of 15 questions in the first page have negative scores. That's almost a half. Second page has 4 out of 15, and the third page has 6 out of 15. ^^^ "7 out of 15 questions in the first page have negative scores. That's almost a half. Second page has 4 out of 15, and the third page has 6 out of 15" -- delete voters could help with this, by cleaning unsalvageable stuff instead of waiting 9 days for roomba scripts to auto-delete it. in case it has been removed when you see it, the question asks:
> In the first case, twoDArray[0] evaluates to a column of 0s. In the second case it evaluates to a row of 0s. If I'm creating a matrix library, which is the correct way to "imagine" it as. What if I'm creating an image or function graphing library?
