Singapore's pretty dull, you'll run out of things to do after a few days and then booze is at least $10 a go, usually more.

Malaysia's awesome.

KL's one of my favourite cities, not much to do there either though. Except eat, which is great!

The islands and highlands are nice. Borneo's cool, there's some great national parks.

Georgetown on Penang's great too, it's home to Malaysia's tech industry and a 200-300 year old town.

Old fort and falling down houses.

I stayed in a weird hotel there that used to be a museum, they'd just chucked some camping beds in and locked up the exhibits.

Q: Clicking noise coming from cog on fixed gear
