@Ampt I would dig into stuff like that. banks and the entire financial industry has a vested interest in you not understanding their products, yet buying them regardless

@GlenH7 you only qualify for so much in federal student loans, some people end up with private loans or unsubidized ones, so generally people end up with a variety pack of student loans
