Poor Daniel Fischer. This is the second time in the last few days I see question which was put on hold by arjafi. But since Daniel Fischer is the moderator who visits these chat rooms most frequently, he was pinged about it.
@ChristianBlatter If you think it should be reopened, one of possible things to do is is that you could cast a reopen vote. This puts the question into reopen review queue, where other users can vote whether to reopen it or leave it closed. Another alternative is to make a post in reopen request thread - ideally including some arguments why the question should be reopened. Here is related discussion in chat. — Martin Sleziak1 min ago
I hope my comment does not sound too confrontational - but there was a lot of information (reopen vote and review queue, reopen request thread, link to chat) which I needed to put there within character limit for comment length.
@AlexKChen Did you search a bit to see whether there already are some duplicates of your question or very similar questions?
I do not claim that the question I linked is a duplicate. But the fact that I was able to find this one relatively quickly with minimal effort suggests that it is not entirely improbable that there are other ones which are very similar.
If you have some idea how to improve your question, you should edit it. This might improve your chances to get your question reopened.
