ughh chrome remote desktop opens a new x session and lack of activity in that keeps getting my pc's screen light go down to 50% every minute or so

Q: Macbook Ubuntu Server stay on on screen close

So I currently have it so the macbook running Ubuntu server stays on when shut but the screen stays on which I do not want. How can I have the screen turn off but keep everything running?

I need to use a simple Unix tool to replace "FROM nathanosman/qt" with "FROM nathanosman/qt-armhf" in the first line of a file.

Basically, I want to stick -armhf on the end of the line.

What tool should I use and what would the command look like?

LEDs come on, but it's stuck in perpetual boot, fails and restarts, with tons of error messages

I doubt that. I've been using the powersupply and the serial to USB cable is plugged in to the 5V pin on the GPIO

Also Comcast started their own mobile phone program: Xfinity mobile. It's really cheap if you are already a Comcast subscriber, but you can't bring you own phone (yet).

It uses Verizon towers and the xfinitywifi hotspots.

Maybe. The 5X has major bootloop problems that stem from bad soldering. Long term heat cycling brings it on faster. Not sure I want to run a badly optimized OS on a phone that is known to have an issue with bad thermal management :/
