nothing wrong with aiming for a troubleshooter so when you miss and hit the fence you have a badass troubleshooting tool. always shoot for more than you really want
It starts with having it gather the info to put here for trouble shooting, so it asks what problem are you having, then collects the proper information, I don't think it is a "troubleshooter" as you think where it will actually solve the problems
if we didn't have a tag limit here you could equate symptoms/meaningful data with tags and really descriptively tag questions. then the tool could use those tags to arrive at useful questions
