@Mesentery its all right. We don't want to tell that now. All we need right now is just some opinions. Later on, when we talk to SE, we can ask someone here to build one...
But what seems missing here is participation :/
@Chris how does a meta post become "hot meta post" on homepage at biology.SE?
Maybe that would help, as people would then discover that there is some such thing going on
@chris based on what @terdon has said about homework questions, how can I edit the homework closing reason line?
When I vote to close as off-topic, there are many reasons from which I can select one...one of them is "homework questions are off-topic unless..." How do I edit this line?
To add "Do not close lack-of-research questions as homework questions. Homework only refers to homework or assignments. Downvoting is sufficient for questions which lack enough research. See [a meta post I'd write] for more information."
@another'Homosapien' This is relatively simple. Choose "off-topic" and then the last one from the list "other". Then you can edit the reason for being off-topic.
@another'Homosapien' You can't. Only mods can edit the standard close reasons and anyway, we'd need to get a consensus on meta or at least a discussion first.

@MadScientist not meant to give close vote, I was just asking that, since I had found a link very quickly. And, honestly, I was very eager to answer it...
