@Chris I've worked with people like that before. Remember, give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he'll eat for life. Just do your best to show him/her the resources, and keep asking them if they've looked up their question. I do understand that it's a lot easier to ask someone right next to you a quick question instead of going back to your desk and googling for that step in the protocol, but there are limits.
