@notorious simple answer, no. First study SDS-PAGE yourself, then ask a question on what you didn't understand in it, showing your effort (like what you've studied, how much you've understood) then we'll explain that part to you
@fileunderwater nice choice on this one. I was also shocked to see how less upvotes such a nice answer has recieved :) may the force be with @luke ;)

@another'Homosapien' @notorious There are users here that have a brilliant understanding of SDS-PAGE. If you show that you're willing to put in the effort and initiative to learn it yourself [from somewhere with resources designed specifically to cater to your needs [like books.google.com.sg/… on page 70-72 ;) ]], they'll surely help you out in any tricky-to understand specifics.

@James why does it seem to me like you think that I don't know anything about SDS-PAGE? ;)

9:19 AM
@another'Homosapien' Haha! Sorry about that. I didn't mean to imply that at all! I just replied to your message and it automatically pinged you in at the beginning. I hadn't had my coffee when I wrote that ;)

Its all right, it happens often with me! :D

@another'Homosapien' I wish these chat rooms were migrated to slack or gitter. Things make sense there. Here everything is too inconsistent!

@James Don't talk such things here or senior guys will abandon you ;) :P

@another'Homosapien' I'm sure some of them feel the same way!

at least I do (but don't tell this to anyone) :D

@James -_- I know how SDS-PAGE works (it's easy!). I'm more interested in the physics/mathematics behind it, not some vague conceptual description of what it is and beyond standard lab calculations.

@notorious Then why did you ask someone to explain it if it's easy? Already I'm unclear what you want to know.

@another'Homosapien' Yes, only saw it because of a recent related question. It certainly deserved more than 5 votes.
