These are proteins that bind the Sigma-factor in prokaryotes and inhibit gene expression: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-sigma_factors

@Chris Not sure if that's related. You googled for "anti" and "protein" so finding "anti sigma" makes sense. That doesn't necessarily imply that they are related.

I actually made a 36-tile punnet square for that triploidy question. I've never worked so hard for 30 rep. Feels Good.

Oh man, punnet squares. I haven't seen those since highschool. Maybe uni. I wouldn't know how to make one now to save my life.

@terdon Two triploid parents make a ridiculous 6x6 gamete square. It's awful.
