This is not about the same problem, but at least related: Is it in the Moderator's Job Description to patrol for correctness?Martin Sleziak 3 hours ago
@MartinSleziak: Yes I fully understand that we do not want to have strict censorship, but ultimately we're going to have to draw the line somewhere between good and bad faith in posts. arjafi mentioned that deletion by moderators locks the post, which I was not aware of and can partly explain the dismissal of my flags. I actually prefer if the low quality flag was always available and that the low quality review queue actually works well. Never mind; people here obviously don't share my viewpoint on average. — user21820 3 hours ago
Re: Never mind; people here obviously don't share my viewpoint on average.
It is rather difficult to say whether others share your viewpoint or not. Only mods can see the post you are talking about. So I do not know whether it was something only mildly inaccurate or the tenth post by the same user linking to his "paper" with the "proof" of FLT. (For this reason, I understand this post as the question addressed mainly to the mods and I did not vote on it.)
If I saw the post, it might be quite possible that I would agree with you that the post should be removed. And whether it should be flagged is probably more question to the moderators.
I have asked in chat whether spam flag (instead of custom flag) would be appropriate. (Spam flag might be handled without mods involvement, if there are enough spam flags by community members. But it should be probably a stretch to consider something like this as spam.)
When I think about possible ways to deal with this which would not need help from mods, the other thing I can think of requesting delete vote in the designated room. But recently hardly anybody uses that room.
@user21820 I have left a few comments in chat. (I do not want to add too many comments here which would only create additional noise. Moreover, your question seems to be be addressed mainly to mods.) — Martin Sleziak 9 secs ago

@WeiZhong I have posted an answer where feedback from math.SE users can be collected. (It is community wiki, so everybody can edit it.)
To me that seems like a reasonable thing to do, since users of this site are among the most likely people to try your search engine.
Perhaps you could edit into your question what are other possible channels where people could leave you feedback.
