@dezso Ah yes sorry, at 10K you can only VtD on already closed/on-hold questions after 48 hours.

@dezso Yeah, you'll see a 'delete' option under the question in those cases (alongside the normal share, edit, close, flag options. You can also see a list of questions with delete votes in the 10K tools page.
