I found out about a new Area 51 proposal, "Documentation", from a tech-writing mailing list I'm on. So I asked about scope overlap. The answers there suggest that at least some take a narrow view of our scope -- it says "writing", so not "planning", "maintaining", "researching", etc. I think our scope includes all of that (so long as it's about the writing process and not the specific content); what if anything do we need to clarify?
