turns out that "too much coffee" pain I had was actually due to herniated disk between the 5th and 6th Lumbar vertebrae (oh look, an unusual plural form who'd have known?!) ... but it's getting better

@RоryMcCune Yup. On the plus side of market tracking, my grocery store knows that I like coffee quite a lot, and now they've started mailing me free samples. It's quite handy.
