@AviD well beer-wise it depends, lagers sometimes (Moretti, peroni) but belgian beers like leffe or duval for preference

@AviD It's basically liquorice with anise flavoring or ammonium chloride (sometimes both). We leave the fermented fish for the Swedes (surströmming), but we do love pickled herring!

Mmm... pickled herring with pickled onions and carrots...

though from the little I've looked, reCAPTCHA's new No-CAPTCHA actually looks good.

and btw @tylerl, from that perspective, there is nothing wrong with the Troy's implementation there, either. it will have at least as much effect.

@AviD I prefer smoked fish to any other sort. We also have a tradition of rolling gutted vendaces in egg + flour and then frying them on the pan
