@Davïd (from here) Does ICC Isa 6-12 exist (in bound format)? Somebody wrote a review on the Amazon page, but my library, at least, hasn't managed to procure it, and it doesn't appear to be available for purchase despite the supposed publication date.

@Susan No, it doesn't yet exist. I have it on fairly good authority that a first draft will be delivered to the series editor before October, so not exactly imminent. There's plenty I'm going to be checking up when it finally hits the shelves!
