@Davïd Bizarre, but apparently status-bydesign for room owners only. That question is still tagged bug, but given that it’s been over two years with no change, I guess that’s just how it is. As a non-owner but +♦, the choices from transcript are exactly the same as those within the room.

Look at that, owner trumps ♦ (we always knew....). From transcript in rooms where I’m an owner, I can only star and pin.

Oh, never mind ^^^. (Well, I wouldn’t venture to recant the first part.) I can do everything everywhere except star my own message. It’s only non-♦ owners who have a problem.

It's not entirely accurate (no more that a caricature actually) but it is entertaining (if you are okay with a bit of irreverence).
