@Caleb - are you disturbable?
@Caleb If so, any thoughts on the prologue to this Q? I see it's from a user you might have met at Xnty.SE...
@JonEricson If you have a moment, could you have a look at the message immediately above to Caleb - any guidance to offer on that sort of thing?

@Davïd Wow that's a mess.

@Caleb Sums up my sense of it.
I thought at least the edifying prologue should be deleted, but ... why stop there...
@Caleb What's the drill on this sort of thing?

@Davïd Rev #1 actually looks like a much better start that where he ended up with at #6.
I've reset to there. I suspect based on the edits and comments (also cleaned up) that he's more interested in poking fun at the text then learning it, but I'm giving him a chance to at least pretend he has a question. We'll see if he takes it.

@Caleb I checked out some of his contributions to Xnty.SE - which don't show signs of a deliberate troll, imo.
@Caleb I'll remove my VtC and DV ... we'll see where it goes!
Must be getting very close to Sunday where you are.
@Caleb On reflection - I'll leave the VtC, because you can only do that once, correct? If it's fine, and no one else joins in, it will be harmless. But if OP can't take it forward, it might be worth having one in the bank, as it were.

@Davïd Good plan.
@Davïd He has some deleted posts that don't look promising. Looks like another mod was dealing with them. More clueless and a disregard for the format of the venues than trolling.

10:01 PM
@Davïd What tool did you use for the transliteration?

1 hour later…
11:13 PM
@PaulVargas I typed. ;) I use LibreOffice with the handy Compose Special Characters extension.
@PaulVargas As it happens, there is a very useful online transliteration tool if you don't feel like doing it yourself. You can copy/paste from Unicode Hebrew or Greek and get an acceptable transliteration produced.
