oh yeah, was interesting having a conversation with the photographer from the mom365 online portrait people that takes the photos of all the babies, explaining that "no, I really don't need a portrait package from your old mid-range nikon body with midline lens shooting from too close with an underpowered flash"

and when they tried arguing that they could take a picture with me in it but I couldn't, I pointed out that's why I have a remote trigger and hdmi live view

I roughly calibrated the TV in the hospital room and was using it to show Danielle baby photos for rating before posting them online

and it ended up being a c-section

but I have photos from in the OR immediately after the baby is out

but I had to shoot free-hand without flash

not that that really mattered in an OR

since there is lots of light in the OR
