If I understand it correctly, if the question is linked in question or in comments or in answer, then it should be 1 (linked).
If it was closed as a duplicate, it should be 3.
But when I try this query, I got LinkTypeId 1: data.stackexchange.com/meta.stackexchange/query/371055/…
The question 267325 is closed as a duplicate of 239619, so I would expect LinkTypeId to be 3.
I am also not sure about the last line of the answer I linked above: Only the direct links are shown in the list. Should this mean that if a question is closed as a duplicate, but the duplicate target is not mentioned in the comments/answers/question, then it is not shown among linked questions? I do not think this is how it works.
