Today I did organizational stuff and wrote a personal blog post. I also went to class and played soccer. Our team won the semifinal match today, so the final match is tomorrow!
Sorry, your above statement doesn't sound like that you were part of that game to me. I am really interested to develop some fascinating web pages or to design some images, but I am always not up to the mark that I want ;)
I utterly fail when it comes to designing images by photoshop, gimp or whatever.
But by looking some answers around here I really wonder how can they imagine those many steps and can bring out the image what the questionnaire asked.
@JohnB Yes it is but usually client should rely on expertise of service provider and advice on each step without deciding everything on behalf of client. If lawyers were like that it would not be fun...
@Boris_yo not relying on the expertise of people you hire is rather rampant in the design industry--or rather, in the industries were designers get hired.
@Boris_yo yes, I found it a bit odd they picked for you. I do pick Pantone colors for clients sometimes, but I always mention in writing "this is the closest match I was able to find for you"
I'm trying to figure out how to export multiple layer comps to a single psd in Adobe photoshop cc. When I use the "layer comps to files" script it exports each layer comp to it's own psd.

If it's your script on GitHub, it's better to just give a heads up and say you wrote it to err on the side of caution
some users are quick to flag any sort of external links as spam, whether it is or not
most of the time new users aren't trying to be malicious but are just unfamiliar with the disclosure policy so I try to give the benefit of the doubt when reasonable
@Johannes also note if you do link to a script its best to talk about and I always suggest having a demo of how the script works or show the source code. As stated by John some will only see its a link and are quick to flag regardless of what the answer or question is
Can anybody explain to me why this question is still open, technically? I flagged it as off-topic and the flag was considered helpful, but it seems to never have entered any review queue nor was it closed and then reopened.
I dropped my CSE certificate. Going to take a couple more engineering classes and pick up some graphic design ones :D

I think it's a good decision
I still have the knowledge and ability to semi-comfortably work with microprocessors to build things, have the development background to build web apps/sites well, and am learning more about design and such
I hope to focus on front end stuff but also be able to create some more diverse projects for certain clients using a little hardware if need be (like interactive ads or something)
part of the reason for dropping the certificate is the terrible organization on the university's part - they don't even know what courses I'm supposed to take to get it, therefore I have 0 idea

in any case, I have around 30 hours left of courses for my major, so that means I have about another 30 for electives :D
might add another math course or two as well
which means I could graduate early if I really wanted to, but that's not my objective. I want to learn a lot and have a bit more time to work on personal stuff before needing to provide income
