I did an edit on this question to remove the second question from it so it could be asked separately. I am sleepy though and going to bed shortly.

Could someone check that question and see if I have done a dumb thing, or if it's OK? if i have done a dumb, I will delete my comments so it can be reverted cleanly to version 1.

@Shalvenay I actually just started up a second game with my Guild Wars 2 guild, so my RPG dance card is pretty full. And after that, I promised a few people that I'd run my Harry Potter game again, exploring the post-elf-apocalypse world, so I'm booked pretty solid for a while.

16 year-old (student) GM blew me away tonight, delivering his half of this colloquy with a straight face and without missing a beat:
PLAYER: I examine the artwork and motifs in the wooden panels, trying to dredge up some knowledge of the history of this place.
GM: Sure. Give me a History check.
P: 4.
G: "Boy, this sure is an old house," you think to yourself.
P: I stand back in soak in the oldness of the house, trying to perceive what I can about its here-and-now.
G: Sure. Give me a Perception check.

@Miniman Ok, just me, good. That's acceptable, my intenet service is a little weird at present.

@doppelgreener Sadly, I really don't like reading things in the iBooks reader.

For regular text you can change the text size, but for comics the reader doesn't let you zoom in at all.

Having failed in finding people who support me in my decisions or people who will just listen and comment without trying to force me (maybe I'm totally asking too much!), I guess I will just live with the unpleasant sensation. (Anyway, I'm ok with the NaB. After having self-banned myself from the Legend RPG IRC chat, this is nothing so don't even wory about it.)
I like "Yes, this is a problem, but maybe you can solve it partially by..." rather than "Run!". This looks sooooo like "tough Internet guy" thinking to me :)

Was busy a lot with work. I've just started an Exalted 2E campaign with some friends and it seems to be leading off well.

And I've blitzed up through #ExalTwitch over the last couple of weeks which has been delightful.

@doppelgreener your meta answer contains an excellent summary of how I've come to feel about CW answers, after my brief flirtation with them. +1 for you =)

@doppelgreener I very occasionally have the logo function that way, but 99% of the time it just opens the drop-down. I haven't been able to reproduce it enough to categorize the behavior, though.
