supposedly they release all the stuff they develop in upstream wine "eventually", but I get the feeling that Crossover has some secret sauce that sits in their released product for a little while because it's usually more stable and more predictable behavior than upstream wine for titles that it supports

but upstream wine dev builds sometimes support titles that don't work at all on released crossover versions

kind of a bleeding edge vs. known to work and optimized kinda thing

let's see: I have more RAM (but probably don't use it, unless Windows uses it all as page cache, which it might after being powered on a long time); I have way more storage space; my SSDs are 850 Pros and double the size (two of them); and my two HDDs are both 7200rpm and 8 TB each, and I have a RAID card for tiered storage at the block layer

@Bob I'm terrified of overclocking in a microATX case with dusty intakes and a compact heatsink/fan that was maligned for its OC capability and only praised because it's reliable, gets the job done, was relatively inexpensive, and most of all, takes up minimal volume in the case

Same situation with the cooler, yet a decent overclock from 3.4 to 4.4Ghz still has the CPU <80'c under load

83'c under peak load, with the cooling fan capped at 60%

So normally i would talk to my friends or my mother (oh we have gotten closer even though she is 400 miles away) and i come off the ceiling. This time, even after talking through it , its been like 5+ hours , its 2 hours past when i should be asleep.
and i am still stuck on the ceiling of emotions for how i get treated.

They all do want to push me , and they already got my thanksgiving (working) and my Christmas (working) and my chrismas present (money that buys paint). But they keep Breaking the golden goose.

they are truely too stupid, greedy, and selfish to think, well gee maybe he has a full plate and, How many times was it that he has overcome these situations on little money and still did the job.

side note, in hindsite i could have instead owned the house, by buying off the rest of it. after we (the laywer and me) finished in court , i asked her if the will required selling the house , and she basically lied telling me it was implied, and the court woulld see it that way..
The will says the sister gets X$$$ money when the house is sold. nothing in the will says i must sell the house. They created that scenario without anyone even asking me. they all demanded that i sell it. later i discover i could turn it from money pit into goldmine, all i had to do was tell the heir i am no…

Basically i could have fought for the right to stay, and probably won. I would still make every effort to get her her share, but they (probably) couldnt have forced me out.
