Can the mod who declined my flag not take my flags that literally? "This question is off-topic now that the auto-community wiki triggers have been removed. My previous flag was declined, presumably because the moderator thought I was requesting deletion. However, I was not requesting deletion; I was only requesting closure as no longer relevant." was declined - no longer relevant no longer exists.
 
how else are we supposed to take your flags?
 
I was not referring to the very old close reason; I was just merely saying that the question should be custom-closed like the other question about auto CW triggers or locked for historical significance.
@JourneymanGeek I have a feeling that @Sathya was the one who declined it, but I'm unsure.

@CanadianLuke I recently found out that even Jeff Atwood is in favor of raising the minimum rep needed to create a new tag; what do you think about just trying to raise the rep? 'Cause I think the stats that @Shog9 gave are rigged because they do not include preemptively-destroyed tags removed during old monthly tag cleanups...

@damryfbfnetsi How many times has it happened that you flagged something, it was declined, and you flagged it again, saying that your previous flag was declined? Does that make sense to you? Would you expect anything else than your second flag being declined again?
And we do take flags literally. Please don't make us interpret them.
