@JourneymanGeek Please check my last comment - I think you don't know other sites very well, thus your complaints were perfectly reasoned, in your view. Some other sites are antagonistic, but not the SU.

@peterh I also utilise many other sites, and have a good working relationship, public or otherwise with their mods. And any insinuation that we're somehow controlled by SE corporate "secretly" is offensive.

and frankly the accusations of US centricness of the CMs is pretty bad too. Especially with that whole german SE thing, and basically telling someone who has been actively working on translations for quite a while not to based on incorrect information
