Does that gas/water pipe question show up in the reopen review queue for anyone? I made the edit to it with the intention of pushing into that queue, but I'm not sure if that means that I won't see it there.

I've got an empty reopen queue. I suspect that queue requires a non-mod to vote to reopen.

@NiallC. If you feel it should be reopened, I say go for it. I don't feel that strongly that it should be closed.
