they came on Saturday, got the transfer switch on to the wall and then called it because it was too cold. They were supposed to come this morning, but couldn't for some reason, not it's rescheduled for next Saturday. I've been trying to get this thing installed since late November... 2 and a half months of delays in shipping and now over a month of delays in the install :/
