@Aerovistae I think anyone can start a bounty on any question... because we have the bounty button for other people's questions. It doesn't say there, does it ? But it's the one who sets the bounty who can decide who gets it. And it has to be an answer given after the bounty was started . Does it bother you if I give a bounty? I've got reputation to waste...
