@Duga You're forgetting the Castle. It's still not clear to me whether it's capable of hooking into other .NET assemblies compiled for Any CPU but the impression is that it has to be ARM64 all the way down to the last dependency. The fact that I can't get the Microsoft's dlls targeting ARM64 to go into the output doesn't make much sense. In EasyHook (as well as olewoo but that's not a runtime dependency), there are native dependencies.

What's weird is that I'm just queueing the work and returning, ..perhaps I shouldn't be awaiting the @Duga call, but the endpoint returns sub-second, the 10-second webhook timeout is pretty much impossible to hit...

@Duga will merge tonight. Tweaked the API authentication filters, now bearer auth works again (so does the webhook) - I just want to run a few more local tests before I deploy this, and then I want to see the webhook response say 200 OK, and then the database accordingly updated
